Buying the xTool F2 today could cost you $57 more than waiting until November 19. That’s when Amazon’s announced $1,092 Black Friday price starts; our November 6 cart check on xTool’s US store came to $1,149.

The better place to buy changes with the machine. We also confirmed cart totals of $2,299 for the F1 Ultra and $4,799 for the F2 Ultra Dual. Here’s what each model costs, which discounts actually appeared in our carts, and which announced deals are worth waiting for.

I’ve used the F1, F2, F2 Ultra and M2, and xTool supplied the X1 review sample on my bench. The F2 handled most of my small metal tags. The notes below separate that hands-on experience from advertised specifications and prices.

xTool Black Friday 2026 Price Table: Listed, Cart-Checked and Estimated Prices

US prices below are before tax and shipping. F2, F1 Ultra and F2 Ultra Dual cart totals were checked November 6; other rows retain the November 2 price-sheet estimates. Amazon figures are announced prices for November 19 to 30, not today’s live offers.

Confirmed means the discount appeared in a separate US-store cart on November 6. Estimated means listed price minus the advertised tier; eligibility and bundle choice still need checking. The S1 is marked * because it was absent from the PR price sheet.

The S1 40W is absent from the sheet, so its $1,298 total remains an estimate. The F1 Ultra uncertainty is resolved: the standalone variant lists at $2,549, and our cart deducted $250 to reach $2,299. X1 figures come from xTool’s PR team and are outside the tiers.

“About” means a reconstructed 2025 price, calculated from the archived listing and advertised tier; it is not a recorded cart total. The P3 figure is a reported sale price, and the P2S row is a listing price. The F2 listed at exactly $1,499 in 2025, but its tier eligibility is unverified, so we do not claim a year-over-year checkout saving for it.

The F1 Ultra’s $2,299 is already the discounted cart total. Do not subtract another $250 from it. If you’re torn on which machine you even need, start with which xTool laser to buy and come back.

When the xTool Black Friday 2026 Sale Runs: Website, Amazon and Canada Dates

The xTool store sale runs from November 2 to December 4, 2026, according to the dates xTool’s PR team sent us. Amazon deals on xTool machines run November 19 to November 30. The Canadian store has its own Black Friday page with prices in Canadian dollars.

Inside that window, xTool’s Black Friday page splits the month into themed weeks, and a few extras only land on set days:

Date (2026)What happens at the xTool store
Nov 2 to Nov 29Four themed weeks (the last one, Nov 23 to 29, is Thanksgiving Gifting Week)
Thursdays: Nov 5, 12, 19Lightning Deal on selected machines, limited stock
Sundays: Nov 8, 15, 22Order giveaway
Nov 27 (Black Friday)Lightning Deal + order giveaway. First 1,000 machine orders get 6 months of Atomm Pro ($60 value)
Nov 2 to Dec 4 (end date per xTool’s PR team)Tiered discount, gift packs, xToolCare 20% off

Last year the sale started on November 3 and ran to Cyber Monday, December 1. This year it opened a day earlier and runs four days past Cyber Monday (November 30). If you’re comparing other brands too, the laser engraver Black Friday deals from every brand page covers Creality Falcon and the rest.

How xTool’s 2026 Black Friday Tiered Discount Works at Checkout

The discount comes off at checkout, sized to the order total. You don’t need a code, and you only get one tier per order. Tiers can’t be combined with Trade-Up offers, Lightning Deals or some material promotions.

Order total (machines)Off at checkout
$599$70
$1,299$150
$2,299$250
$3,999$500
$5,599$700
$8,999 (the page says $8,899)$1,500
$12,799$2,500

Materials have their own tiers: $30 off $129, $80 off $249 and $160 off $399. xTool’s terms note that a separate materials-only order may help you save more, so it’s worth trying if you’re stocking up on wood and acrylic too.

Four things are excluded: the X1, the P2S, the C1 and refurbished machines. Their prices are what you see.

The current page’s FAQ lists the first tier as $70 off $599, matching the table above. The sixth row says $8,899, while the discount rule built into the same page uses $8,999. Treat the higher number as the line until someone confirms it in a cart.

This year’s tiers start lower and go further than last year’s. In 2025 the first tier was $150 off $1,499. A $1,299 order got nothing. This year it gets the second tier.

To check your price before paying, add the machine to the cart and read the discount line at checkout. Then compare the total with the confirmed or estimated price on this page. If a tier is missing, check whether the order sits just under a line.

xTool’s 60-Day Price Guarantee During Black Friday

xTool’s 60-day price guarantee refunds the difference, or gives you store credit, if a qualifying purchase drops in price within 60 days.

The guarantee has exclusions beyond Lightning Deals: coupon-only, membership-only, bundle-only, bulk, flash-sale and limited-quantity offers may be excluded unless xTool expressly approves them. Refurbished, open-box and clearance products are excluded too. Do not assume a later tier increase or an announced Amazon promotion will qualify; xTool verifies the same product, seller, availability and offer terms before approving a claim.

How xTool Prices Compare With Black Friday 2025

The F2 Ultra Dual shows the largest estimated drop in this comparison. Its archived 2025 list price of $6,499 minus that year’s advertised $400 tier gives about $6,099. Against our confirmed 2026 cart total of $4,799, that is roughly $1,300 less, provided the reconstructed 2025 tier applied to the same standalone configuration.

The MOPA-only comparison is about $4,599 in 2025 versus an estimated $3,799 this year; both depend on the relevant tiers applying. The F2 is confirmed at $1,149 in our current cart, but its 2025 cart total is unverified. Its announced Amazon price is $57 lower from November 19. The P2S comparison uses listing prices, not matching checkout records.

Best xTool Black Friday Deals Under $1,500

Under $1,500, the F2 is the portable pick, with a lower Amazon price announced for November 19. The M2 20W/40W and S1 40W totals below are tier calculations, not verified carts; compare the final bundle total before ordering.

1. xTool M2 (10W, 20W and 40W)

xTool M2 laser cutter with its orange safety lid closed on a workbench
Nov 2 listing / price-sheet estimate: 10W laser-only standalone $499 at xTool (no tier, under $599) · 20W laser-only $899 → estimated $829 · 40W laser-only $1,299 → estimated $1,149 · Amazon 10W Basic $474 from Nov 19 · Verdict: Check the 20W or 40W cart; 10W has a lower announced Amazon price from Nov 19

The M2 combines laser engraving and cutting with optional CMYK inkjet printing and blade cutting. For sticker or vinyl projects, use the appropriate blade and approved media; do not laser-cut PVC/vinyl. The $499 10W, $899 20W and $1,299 40W standalone listings exclude the inkjet module. Verify the printing and blade accessories in the bundle you choose. Two cameras help position designs; mine handled small wood cutouts and power test grids.

The $499 10W standalone is laser-only and sits under the first tier. The 10W Color Print & Cut bundle ($599) lands right on that line, so it should drop to about $529. Check the cart, since it sits exactly on the threshold.

Who it’s for: Gift makers who need laser work plus optional printing or blade cutting in one machine. Pick the F2 if metal marking and portability matter more than these craft tools.

Pros
Prints and cuts in one machine
Dual cameras make placement simple
20W and 40W versions both get a tier discount
Cons
10W standalone gets no tier discount on the xTool store
Not a heavy cutter for thick stock
Costs more than a plain diode engraver of the same power

2. xTool F2

Nov 6 US cart verified: $1,299 → $1,149 at xTool checkout · Black Friday 2025 list: $1,499 (cart total unverified) · Amazon $1,092 from Nov 19 · Verdict: Buy on Amazon from Nov 19

Best for: portable metal marking and small wood or leather work
xTool F2
5W IR + 15W diode · 6,000 mm/s · 50MP camera
NNik's take: The F2 handled most of my small metal tags and was the easiest of the four xTool machines on my bench to live with.
Where to buy: Amazon has the lower announced Black Friday price; the xTool store includes its 60-day price guarantee.

Amazon Black Friday prices are announced for Nov 19–30, 2026 and are not live before that window. Check the exact model and current price before ordering.

The F2 is a portable galvo machine with a 15W diode and a 5W infrared laser, light enough (about 4.6 kg) to carry to a craft fair. It engraves at up to 6,000 mm/s, a 50% jump over the F1’s 4,000 mm/s, and its 50MP camera lines designs up with very little fuss. Mine handled most of the key tags on my bench.

It’s the clearest Amazon win in the sale. From November 19, Amazon undercuts the xTool store by $57.

Who it’s for: Makers who engrave small items (tags, tumblers, leather) and want something they can pack up. Choose the F1 Ultra if deep metal engraving is the goal.

Pros
Fast galvo engraving for small batches
5W infrared handles color marking on metal
Cheaper on Amazon from Nov 19
Cons
Small engraving area (115 x 115 mm standard)
5W infrared won’t do deep metal engraving
Not a large-format cutter

3. xTool S1 (40W Enclosed Diode)

Nov 2 listing / price-sheet estimate: 40W Basic $1,448 list at xTool · $1,298 if the $150 tier applies (we haven’t tested it in the cart) · Black Friday 2025 list: $1,699 · Verdict: Check the cart total before paying

The S1 is xTool’s enclosed diode cutter, the one to buy for cutting jobs. The 40W version cuts 18 mm cherry wood or 15 mm dark acrylic in a pass, inside a closed box, which matters if kids or roommates share the room. It’s missing from xTool’s price sheet this year, but the 40W Basic bundle lists $251 below its price during last year’s sale week.

It isn’t on the exclusion list either, so the $150 tier should take it to $1,298. That’s untested, so check the total in your cart before you pay. The 20W version is out of stock.

Who it’s for: Hobbyists cutting wood and acrylic signs in a shared space. Pick the P2S instead for clear acrylic, which a diode laser can’t cut.

Pros
Fully enclosed diode cutter
40W cuts 18 mm wood in one pass
Stylus autofocus handles curved surfaces
Cons
Tier discount not confirmed in a cart
Loud fan at full load
Diode can’t cut clear acrylic

Best xTool Black Friday Deals From $1,500 to $4,000

In this range, the F2 Ultra MOPA-only has the largest estimated year-over-year saving among these models. The announced Amazon P2S offer is below the excluded store listing. The O1’s preorder totals assume the $250 tier applies; confirm both the price and shipping estimate.

4. xTool F1 Ultra

Amazon Black Friday prices are announced for Nov 19–30, 2026 and are not live before that window. Check the exact model and current price before ordering.

The F1 Ultra pairs a 20W fiber laser with a 20W diode in a compact galvo machine, so it can deep-engrave metal and still burn wood and leather.

Our xTool cart confirmed $2,299, matching the Amazon price announced for November 19 to 30. There is no additional $250 to subtract. For batch work the Falcon T1 vs F1 Ultra comparison goes deeper.

Who it’s for: Small sellers who engrave metal and wood in the same week. The F1 Ultra can also color-mark stainless steel. Choose the F2 Ultra for MOPA pulse control and more demanding color or deep-engraving work, rather than treating color marking as exclusive to it.

Pros
Fiber and diode lasers in one machine
Fast to get going out of the box
Works with xTool Studio and LightBurn
Cons
Small galvo work area
Overkill if you only engrave wood

5. xTool P2S (55W CO2)

Nov 2 listing / price-sheet estimate: $2,999 at xTool (excluded from the tiers) · Black Friday 2025 list: $3,399 · Amazon $2,919 from Nov 19 · Verdict: Compare the current store price with the announced Nov 19 Amazon offer

The P2S is xTool’s 55W desktop CO2 cutter. It’s the step up from any diode machine when you need clear acrylic or thick plywood. It’s left out of the Black Friday tiers.

Its list price is already $400 under last year’s Black Friday week, though. Amazon lists it at $2,919 from November 19, $80 less. Bundles stay excluded too: the Versatile bundle is $4,169 either way.

Who it’s for: Makers moving into CO2 for acrylic signs and thicker wood. Get the P3 if you need a bigger bed and more automation for production runs.

Pros
Cuts clear acrylic and thick wood
List price already below last Black Friday
Slightly cheaper on Amazon in the sale window
Cons
Not part of the tier sale
Needs venting and more space than a diode machine
Bundles don’t get a discount either

Amazon Black Friday prices are announced for Nov 19–30, 2026 and are not live before that window. Check the exact model and current price before ordering.

The F2 Ultra is a big desktop galvo machine with a 60W MOPA fiber laser, plus a 40W diode on the dual version. MOPA lets you tune the pulse, which is what gives stainless steel its range of colors. It was the most solid machine on my bench. For small wood or leather gifts, the portable F2 is easier to justify. Cornelius Creations’ F-series comparison shows how these machines fit different workflows.

The Dual’s $500 tier was confirmed in our November 6 cart. The MOPA-only calculation assumes the same tier applies. The comparisons with 2025 use reconstructed totals, not matching checkout receipts. If you can’t decide between this and the smaller F2, read F2 vs F2 Ultra first.

Who it’s for: Sellers doing color metal marking and deep engraving. Pick the F2 instead if most of your work is small wood and leather pieces.

Pros
Largest estimated year-over-year drop among models compared here
60W MOPA gives fine color control on metal
Dual: confirmed store cart matches the announced Amazon price
Cons
Heavy (21.6 kg) and needs two people to lift
Galvo area is 220 x 220 mm without the conveyor
More capability than casual users need

7. xTool F2 Ultra UV (5W)

Nov 2 listing / price-sheet estimate: $4,299 → $3,799 at xTool checkout (estimated unless verified above) · Black Friday 2025: $4,199 · Amazon $3,899 from Nov 19 · Verdict: Check the store tier before choosing

The UV version uses a 5W UV laser for glass, crystal and fine surface work. Laser Engraving 911’s 2025 review demonstrates surface and inner engraving in glass. It is not the MOPA model for deep metal production; curved-glass focus also needs care.

For clear-acrylic cutting, get a sample test of your exact stock before buying. xTool’s model-specific FAQ lists acrylic cutting up to 12 mm under laboratory conditions, while its buying guide says it cannot cut fully clear acrylic. These descriptions conflict, and we have not verified that cut. For plastics, follow the exact machine manual and approved material requirements; the general plastics safety guide alone does not establish compatibility with this UV model.

The estimated $3,799 US-store total is $100 below the announced $3,899 Amazon offer. Buying direct is the lower-price option only if the cart confirms that tier on the same standalone configuration.

Who it’s for: Sellers making glass and crystal products. Choose the MOPA F2 Ultra if metal is most of your work.

Pros
Removes glass material for a real engraved finish
High-contrast marks on common plastics
Estimated store total is $100 below the announced Amazon offer
Cons
Only shallow marks on metal
Clear-acrylic cutting needs a material-specific test
Focus on curved glass takes care

8. xTool O1 Omni Printer

Nov 2 listing / price-sheet estimate: Single UV $2,499 → $2,249 · Dual UV $3,299 → $3,049 · DT+UV $3,499 → $3,249 · Preorder; shipping estimated from early December · Verdict: Confirm the preorder shipping estimate before ordering

The O1 Omni is xTool’s 4-in-1 UV and DTF printer for stickers and transfers, with no laser inside.

The price-sheet calculation applies the $250 tier to all three editions; none of these preorder totals was cart-verified. It’s still a preorder, though, with shipping estimated from early December, so it won’t arrive for this Black Friday’s gift orders. The O1 Omni editions and preorder details explain which version does what.

Who it’s for: Small shops adding UV printing or DTF transfers. Consider the M2 for laser work plus optional inkjet printing and blade cutting; check the included modules. Skip the O1 preorder if you need a working machine before mid-December.

Pros
Single UV estimated at $2,249 if the tier applies
One machine for UV prints and transfers
Price-sheet estimates use the same tier across editions
Cons
Preorder, ships from early December
Ink and supplies ecosystem is still new
Not a laser, so no cutting

Best xTool Black Friday Deals Over $4,000

Above $4,000, choose the P3 for larger cutting jobs or the F2 Ultra Dual for metal production. Only the F2 Ultra Dual total in this group was confirmed in our November 6 cart checks; the P3 and Apparel Printer Plus discounts remain estimates.

9. xTool P3 (80W CO2)

Nov 2 listing / price-sheet estimate: $6,599 → $5,899 at xTool checkout · All-in-one $10,059 → $8,559 · Black Friday 2025: about $6,300 · Verdict: Check the final cart total

The P3 is xTool’s flagship 80W CO2 cutter, with a 36 x 18 in bed, any-color acrylic cutting and camera-based automation. It’s a production machine for people already selling cut goods. Its estimated $5,899 total is below the approximately $6,300 sale price reported in 2025; this is not a like-for-like verified-cart comparison.

Bundles go further. The All-in-one’s $10,059 listing would clear the disputed sixth-tier threshold either way; applying the advertised $1,500 discount gives an estimated $8,559, not a cart-confirmed total. It’s Class 1 rated with built-in water cooling, and an optional 5W infrared module adds metal marking.

Who it’s for: Shops cutting signs and products at volume. Get the P2S if you’re not yet filling orders every week.

Pros
Largest bed in the xTool lineup
Estimated $700 tier on standalone; confirm bundle totals
Cuts any color of acrylic
Cons
Needs a lot of floor space and venting
Rotary and conveyor cost extra
Expensive for a first CO2 laser

Check xTool P3 configurations and the final cart total at xTool.

10. xTool X1 (Launch Pricing; Excluded From Tier Discounts)

Open xTool X1 work area with laser-cut wooden box parts on the honeycomb bed
Nov 2 listing / price-sheet estimate: $3,399 to $6,679 launch prices at xTool · Not in the Black Friday tiers · Verdict: No announced tier reduction

The X1 has launch pricing and sits outside the announced tiers. The materials used for this guide do not announce an additional Black Friday reduction. It starts at $3,399 for the single 55W CO2 and $3,999 with the 20W diode galvo. Adding a source puts it at $5,799 with the 30W fiber, $6,499 with the 5W UV and $6,679 with the 60W MOPA. In Canada those are C$4,599, C$5,399, C$7,529, C$8,699 and C$8,969.

The extra sources all need the diode galvo module first, so the single-CO2 version isn’t the cheap way into those later. I’ve used the CO2 plus MOPA setup for seven weeks, and the cut-then-engrave workflow is the reason to buy it. The full xTool X1 price for every bundle page lists what each bundle includes.

Who it’s for: Sellers who want CO2 cutting and galvo engraving in one workflow, with room to add sources later. Choose the P2S if a CO2 cutter is all you need.

Pros
One machine for cutting and engraving
More laser sources can be added later
Cons
Excluded from the announced Black Friday tiers
Extra sources require the diode galvo module
A full business setup costs several times the base price

How to Reach the Next xTool Discount Tier With Bundles and Add-Ons

The order total is what counts here. Extras that push a machine past the next line can pay for part of themselves. The math only works when it’s stuff you’d buy anyway.

  • M2 10W Deluxe bundle ($829): would land at an estimated $759 if the $70 tier applies.
  • F2 Deluxe bundle ($2,079): is estimated to qualify for the second tier. It’s $220 short of the third, so adding $220 of gear you don’t need saves you an extra $100 and costs $120.
  • F2 Ultra MOPA-only + conveyor ($4,749): is calculated to stay in the same tier as the $4,299 standalone, so the conveyor adds $450 if both carts receive the same discount.
  • P3 Versatile bundle ($7,809): is estimated at $7,109 if the $700 tier applies. It’s $1,190 short of the sixth tier, which only makes sense if the All-in-one’s extras are on your list already.

If you’re also buying materials, a separate materials order may help, since they have their own tiers.

xTool Website vs Amazon on Black Friday: Which Is Cheaper by Model

Based on the announced November 19–30 offers, Amazon is lower on the F2 ($1,092 vs our confirmed $1,149 cart) and P2S ($2,919 vs the $2,999 excluded listing). Its announced M2 10W price is $474 versus the $499 laser-only standalone; confirm the Amazon bundle contents before treating those as equivalent. For the UV model, the store would be $100 lower if its estimated tier applies to the same configuration. The dual-laser F2 Ultra matches across both stores, and so does the F1 Ultra, whose $2,299 cart total already includes its tier.

Price isn’t the only difference. The xTool store adds the 60-day price guarantee, gift packs on qualifying machines and 20% off xToolCare. Amazon brings its own return process and delivery. Amazon’s deals also start 17 days later, so waiting for the Amazon price means buying in the last two weeks of the sale.

xTool Canada Black Friday Tiers and Prices

The Canadian store uses its own tiers in Canadian dollars, read from the discount rule on its Black Friday page on November 2. None of these totals has gone through a cart.

Order total (Canada)Off at checkout
C$999C$110
C$1,599C$180
C$2,999C$350
C$5,699C$750
C$7,699C$1,000
C$11,299C$1,700
C$14,699C$3,000
Machine (Canada store)List priceCheckout, if the tier applies
M2 10WC$719C$719 (under the first tier)
F2C$1,789C$1,609
F2 Ultra MOPA-onlyC$5,999C$5,249
F2 Ultra dual-laserC$7,669C$6,919

The dual-laser F2 Ultra lists C$30 under the C$7,699 tier in Canada. A small add-on that pushes the order past that line moves it from C$750 off to C$1,000 off. The Canadian page’s exclusion list couldn’t be confirmed, so check the cart for the P2S and X1.

xTool Black Friday Discounts That Aren’t What They Look Like

  • “Up to $3,467 off” isn’t a standalone number. No standalone machine gets anywhere close. The largest calculated standalone-machine tier in this comparison is $700 on the P3; that cart total remains unverified.
  • Amazon’s crossed-out prices run high. Compare-at prices differ between stores and can change. Compare the same configuration’s payable total rather than the percentage-off badge; our F1 Ultra cart was $2,299 from a $2,549 listing on November 6.
  • Lightning Deals are final. They sit outside the 60-day price guarantee, and they don’t stack with the tier.
  • Gift values are xTool’s own numbers. A gift pack is worth its listed value only if you’d have bought those items.
  • In-stock isn’t the same as shipping. One M2 shipping discussion contains both a delayed 40W Deluxe order and a comment reporting a 10W bundle delivered in four days. An xTool representative later stated in the thread that the delayed order was cancelled and refunded. These are individual reports, not a shipping-time guarantee. Check the shipping estimate on the product page before you pay.

FAQ: xTool Black Friday Deals and Cyber Monday

When does the xTool Black Friday sale start and end?

The xTool store’s sale runs through December 4, 2026 (it started November 2), per xTool’s PR team. The Black Friday page’s weekly schedule runs to November 29. On Amazon, xTool’s deals cover November 19 to 30. Lightning Deals land each Thursday through November 19, then on Black Friday, November 27.

Is the xTool X1 on sale for Black Friday?

The X1 has launch pricing, but no extra reduction from the announced Black Friday tiers. It starts at $3,399 (single CO2) and $3,999 (CO2 + diode galvo).

Is the xTool P2S included in the Black Friday discount?

No, the P2S is excluded from the tiers. It’s still cheaper than its 2025 sale-week listing, and Amazon sells it for a little less from November 19.

Is it better to buy xTool on Black Friday or Cyber Monday?

No separate Cyber Monday tier has been announced in the sale materials used for this guide. That does not guarantee prices or limited offers will stay the same on November 30. Black Friday itself adds a Lightning Deal and a free 6-month Atomm Pro membership for the first 1,000 machine orders.

Is xTool cheaper on Amazon or the xTool website?

The announced November 19–30 prices are lower for the F2 and P2S. The M2 10W is also advertised lower, but compare the included modules and accessories before deciding.

For the F2 Ultra UV, buying direct would be $100 cheaper if the cart confirms the estimated $3,799 total; the $3,899 Amazon price is announced for November 19–30. The F2 Ultra dual-laser is priced alike in both places. The F1 Ultra also matches at $2,299, with the tier already included.

Can you stack xTool discount codes?

No. xTool’s terms allow one coupon per order, and the tier comes off automatically. Tiers don’t combine with Trade-Up offers or Lightning Deals.

Does xTool refund the difference if the price drops after I buy?

Eligible US-store purchases may qualify within 60 days, subject to xTool approval. Lightning Deals, refurbished/open-box/clearance products and certain coupon, membership, bundle or limited offers are excluded. A later promotion is not automatically eligible.
